Ruby M. Storer, 93 years of Hillsboro, died Friday, February 6, 2009.
She was born December 10, 1915 at Marshall, OH., the daughter of the late Arch and Daisy Davis Cameron. Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William B. Storer on October 4, 1999 and one son William B. Storer, Jr. on May 18, 2007.
She attended and graduated from Marshall High School. As a student she was a cheerleader and basketball player. She was very proud to have been a member of that community and attended many of their alumni activities. She appreciated Bob Patton's history of Marshall.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert C. and Brenda Storer of Sabina; three grandsons, Patrick Storer of San Antonio, Texas, Timothy Storer of Philipsburg, OH., Dustin Storer of Midland, OH; two step grandsons, Jason Shoemaker and Jody Shoemaker of Sabina, OH.; 8 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro, OH.
Pastor John Fitzgerald will officiate with burial to follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Tuesday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
