Russell E. Abner, 70 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Sunday October 2, 2916 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital.
He was born in Harlan, KY on December 3, 1945, the son of the late Cecil and Ruth (Sexton) Abner. Besides his parents, he was also preceded by his wife, Margaret (Byers) Abner on February 10, 2007.
Russell is survived by his son, Bryon Abner of Hillsboro.
On behalf of Russell's wishes, he is to be cremated.
