Ruth Rhoads Bentley

Ruth Rhoads Bentley, 82 years of the Elmville Community, died Monday, October 6, 2003 at the Laurels of Hillsboro.
She was born in Elmville, Ohio on April 20, 1921 the daughter of the late William Bertsil and Metti Jane Countryman Rhoads.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by one son, James Allan Hopkins, six brothers, five sisters, and two grandchildren.
She is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Robert and Marie Hopkins of Hillsboro, William Hopkins of Peebles, Donnie Hopkins of Peebles, David Bentley of Washington, daughter and son-in-law, Mary Jean and Ed Elliott of Dayton, sister, Mary Wilson of Peebles, nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring. Burial will follow in the Coss Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
