Ruth is survived by her daughter Jennifer Durham of New Orleans, Louisiana: her son Michael Durham of Stedman, North Carolina; her brother David Lakeman of Cincinnati, Ohio; her sister Nancy House of Cincinnati, Ohio; her brother John Lakeman of Milford, Ohio; her sister Betty Jung of Cincinnati, Ohio; and one grandson Jackson Durham.
Ruth was preceded in death by her father Giles A. Lakeman 1993, brother James W. Lakeman Jan 17th, 2013, mother Josephine T. Lakeman Feb 25th 2013
A memorial service will be held Saturday July 6th 2013 at 3:00 PM at Thompaon Funeral Home in Hillsboro, Ohio.
