Ruth Marie Lacy

Ruth Marie Lacy, 73 years of Waverly, died Sunday, October 26, 2003 at her residence.
She was born at Chillicothe on November 1, 1929 the daughter of the late Lemic and Bessie Carroll Perry.
She was a member of the Jackson Church of God.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by one son Joseph Lacy and one daughter Becky Lacy.
She is survived by her husband Leonard Lacy whom she married on June 19, 1951, one son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Shawnda Lacy of Waverly, three daughters and sons-in-law, Naomi and Tom Coffee of Piketon, Beth and Chuck Norvell of Piketon, Rhoda and Kenny Faulkner of Piketon, eleven grandchildren, two brothers, Lemic Perry of Wilmington, Tim Perry of Wilmington, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Virgil Phillips and Paul Ross officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
