Ruth E. Lawson

Ruth E. Lawson, 87 years of Peebles, died Monday, March 10, 2003 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
She was born in Wynona, Tennessee on June 1, 1915 the daughter of the late Sylvester and Linda Dyer Jeffers.
She was a ward clerk at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. She was a member of the Peebles Church of Christ, Peebles Lioness Club, and the Adams County Senior Citizens.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Lawson, who passed away on December 24, 1985, and one daughter, Ondra Ruth Willman, who passed away on October 17, 1990.
She is survived by her son-in-law, David Willman of Peebles, two grandchildren, Chris Willman, Aimee Long, and two great grandchildren, Jack Willman, and Taylor Long.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles. Burial will follow in the Cherry Fork Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
