Ruth Miller, 80 years of Peebles, passed away Friday, March 20, 2009 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
She was born in London, Ohio on July 12, 1928 the daughter of the late Fred and Elva Peck Evans.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Willard Miller, who passed away on May 5, 2007.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Bobby and Connie Miller of Peebles, Gary and Rita Miller of Peebles, and Steve Miller of Peebles, daughters and sons-in-law Sandy and Don Hall of Leesburg and Barb and Bob Sparks of West Portsmouth, brother and sister-in-law Dick and Jeanette Evans of Peebles, sister and brother-in-law Maxine and Jim Haines of Xenia, thirteen grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Richard Lloyd and Ray Matheny officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
