Beside his parents, Sam is survived by one son, Tremaine Samuel Lee Clark; two brothers, James E. (Monica) Clark of Dayton, OH., Michael G. Clark of Springfield; two sisters, Savannah (Ryan) Hess of Waddy, KY., Brittany Hackett of Dayton; three aunts, Bulavene Hall of Harold, KY., Hope Ann (David) Hackett of Dacula, GA., Gabrielle Hackett of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.; several nieces, nephews cousins and a host of friends.
