Sandra Jean "Sandy" Vance, 72 years of New Vienna, passed away on Monday August 17, 2015 at the Laurels of Hillsboro.
She was born in Jamestown, OH on July 8, 1943, the daughter of the late Charles and Helen (Andrews) Rudd.
Sandy and Richard enjoyed going to Cowboy Festivals where Richard was known as Smiley Barrett and she was a member of the Senior Citizens Center in Hillsboro.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Richard Vance, whom were married on May 22, 1962, three sons Donnie (Tammy) Vance of New Vienna, Dennie (Kelley) Vance of Hillsboro and Dusty Vance of New Vienna, two sisters, Carolyn (Tim) Caldwell of Hillsboro and Charlene Miller of Hillsboro, 11 grandchildren; Stephanie Vance, Amanda Hall, Brittany (Mitch) Boatman, Kyle Vance, Heather Vance, Tiffani (Matt) Sullivan, Aubree Vance, Ryan Vance, Mason Vance, David Bailey and Cassie Bailey and eight great grandchildren; Gracie, Faith, Isaiah, Jazmin, Josie, Lilly, Tristian and Nat.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
