Shaylee J.M. Hayslip, infant daughter of Donnie and Melissa Shultz Hayslip of Peebles, died Sunday, June 29, 2003 at the Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro.
Beside her parents she is survived by her maternal grandmother, Bobbie Shultz of Peebles, paternal grandfather, Dan Hayslip of Peebles, paternal grandmother, Karen Brockman of Peebles, maternal great grandparents, Barb and Jacob Phillips of Dayton, and paternal great grandmother, Pauline Hayslip of Peebles.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Evergreen Cemetery with Greg Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 10:00 till 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
