Shelbyleen B. Clark, 67 years of Peebles, died Thursday, April 13, 2006 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
She was born in Iva, South Carolina on March 16, 1939 the daughter of the late Parker and Grace Wooten Brown.
She was a member of the Peebles Pilgrim Holiness Church.
She was united in marriage on February 22, 1956 to Howard Clark, who survives. She is also survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Lynda Clark of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, daughter, Jennie Clark of Cloverdale, Indiana, brothers, Neil Brown of Anderson, South Carolina, Gene Brown of Iva, South Carolina, David Brown of Anderson, South Carolina, sister, Mary Forrester of Iva, South Carolina, and five grandchildren, Parker, Jake, Luke, Skye, and Shannon.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 16, 2006 at 3:00 P.M. at the McDougald Funeral Home in Anderson, South Carolina with Tim Wiford officiating. Burial will follow in the Iva City Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 1:00 till 3:00 P.M. at the McDougald Funeral Home.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of arrangements.
