Sherman Lee Davis, 47 years of Sardinia, died Sunday, September 21, 2003 at his residence.
He was born in Ross County on January 1, 1956 the son of the late Ira and Lydia Watts Davis.
He was a truck drive for Tecumseh Buildings.
He is survived by a companion Joyce Witt of Sardinia, one son, Matt Davis of MI, one daughter, Amber Davis of MI, three step children, Jeremy Page of Macon, Amanda Hackworth of Sardinia, Brandie Burchell of Sardinia, six brothers, Argie Davis of Dayton, Clyde Davis of Columbus, Kenny Davis of Chillicothe, Donald Davis of Troy, Raymond Davis of Miamisburg, Paul Davis of Troy, two sisters, Blanche Corsaw of Washington, Pauline Riege of Latham, five grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring with Bob Evans and Don Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Washburn Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
