Sherman E. "Eddie" Nevil, 53 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Tuesday February 17, 2015 at his residence.

He was born in Sinking Spring on February 2, 1962, the son of the late William Nevil and Betha (Trent) Grayson. Besides his parents he was also preceded by one sister Ann Nevil.

Eddie was a member of the Crosslife Full Gospel Church and a self-employed painter.

Eddie is survived by his wife Sandra (Hunt) Nevil, step-son Johnny Fraley of Hillsboro; three step-daughters Connie Fraley of Hillsboro, Barbara (Kenny) Snyder of Hillsboro, Mayhaley Bailey of Hillsboro; four brothers Dan Nevil of Fontana, CA, Tim Nevil of Peebles, David (Connie) Nevil of Lockhart, TX and Sam (Linda) Nevil of Ontario, CA; four sisters, Sue Nevil of Jackson, Nina (Glenn) Rice of Piketon, Elva (Jim) Defazio of Huron and Becky Tillman of Jacksonville, FL; seven grandchildren; Ken Snyder, Jr., Chyenne Snyder, Brad Fettro, Nichole Salyer, Alexis Bailey, Aleigha Tarbutton and Summer Johnson and four great grandchildren; Paishence Grim, Paige Porter, Donald Porter and Mearackle Porter.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. on Saturday February 21, 2015 at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring. Burial will follow at Cedar Chapel Cemetery.

Friends may call at 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday February 20, 2015 at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
