Sis Gaffin, 60 years of Peebles, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center.
She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on December 31, 1950 the daughter of the late Joe and Norma Scott Swayne.
Helen attended Union Hill Community Church.
She is survived by her husband Ron Pop Gaffin of Peebles, one daughter and son-in-law; Carma and Bill Weaver of Peebles, one brother; Larry Joe Swayne of Peebles, one sister; Janet Gaffin of Dayton, two grandchildren; Boo and Autumn, two great grandchildren; Joey and Kayla, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Phil Fulton and Larry Shiveley officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
