Stanley Cochran, 79 years of Peebles, died Wednesday, January 18, 2006 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
He was born in West Union, Ohio on March 11, 1926 the son of the late Grant and Stella Markins Cochran.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He worked for A.E.P.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Ray Cochran.
He is survived by several cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 20, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Jim Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Friday from 12:00 till 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
