Stella Geeslin, 86 years of Seaman, died Tuesday, October 14, 2003 at the Eagle Creek Nursing Center in West Union.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on September 5, 1917 the daughter of the late Edward and Gertrude Knauff Hayslip.
She was a member of the Mayhill Church of Christ.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Hayslip, two sisters, Marie Bissinger, Milford Wolfe, and one grandson, Rodney Allen Hupp.
She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Eddie and Dorothy Geeslin of Seaman, Marvin and Patty Geeslin of Winchester, Dennis and Melody Geeslin of Seaman, daughter, Judy Hupp of Seaman, sister, Evelyn Cooper of Hillsboro, nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 17, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman with Charlie Gorman and Joe Adray officiating. Burial will follow in the Cherry Fork Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Hope, 1 West McDonald Parkway, Maysville, KY 41056.
