Susie DeBord, 99 years of Cherry Fork, passed away Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Christian Care Center in Lancaster, Kentucky.
She was born in Lincoln County, Kentucky on May 3, 1913 the daughter of the late Albert and Sally McGuffey Dishon.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one son; Joe DeBord, five brothers, and five sisters.
She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law; Donald of Greensville, South Carolina, Orville and Wilma of Winder, Georgia, and Bobby and Jean DeBord of Goshen, two daughters and son-in-law; Martha Simpson of Stanford, Kentucky and Janice and Gil Moser of Cincinnati, 22 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, 2 great great great granddaughters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Bradford-Sullivan Chapel in Winchester with Rev. Dan Harrison officiating. Burial will follow in Cherry Fork Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:00 A.M. till 12:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Bradford-Sullivan Chapel in Winchester.
