She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 4, 1965 the daughter of the late Earl Thomas and Loretta Grey Sparks.
She is survived by one son; Brian Harp of Norwood, one daughter and son-in-law; Tasha and James Chamblin, and one sister; Lisa Sparks of Texas.
Cremation is to take place with a memorial service to be scheduled at a later time.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
