Thelma Johnson Miclea

Thelma Johnson Miclea, 87 years of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at the Heartland of Kettering.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on July 3, 1920 the daughter of the late LeRoy and Stella Gaffin Screechfield.
She retired from Robertshaw. She attended the Hillsboro Nazarene Church. She was a member of the Hillsboro Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post #9094 and the Wilmington Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #1224.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Eugene Johnson and George Miclea, one son, Carl Jeff Johnson, and two grandsons.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Nancy Johnson of Dayton, Larry and Judy Johnson of Hillsboro, one daughter and son-in-law, Patty and Lee Fenner of Dayton, daughter-in-law, Linda Johnson of Hillsboro, sister, Deloris Williams of Wilmington, ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Tom Zile officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
