Thomas E. Tom Ballein, 32 years of Hillsboro, died Saturday July 9, 2005 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
He was born March 4, 1973 in East Lansing, Michigan, the son of John Ballein and Kay Allen..
On September 9, 1995, he was united in marriage to Dana Bentley Ballein who survives. He is also survived by a son Robbie: a daughter Christa; father and step-mother John and Loretta Ballein of East Lansing, Michigan; mother and step-father Kay and Joe Throckmorton of Hillsboro; six brothers, Johnny Ballein of Washington C.H., Ohio, Chad Sluss of Edmore, Michigan, Corey Ballein of Hillsboro, Brian Ballein of Hillsboro, Tim Ballein of East Lansing, Michigan, Phillip Throckmorton of Hillsboro; two sisters, Andrea Claycomb of Hillsboro and Melanie Ballein of Hillsboro; 25 nieces and nephews; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Memorial Services will be held 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Friends may call on Wednesday from 1-3 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
Family suggests memorials to the Merchants National Bank Account INO Dana Ballein, FBO Robbie and Christa Ballein, 100 North High Street, Hillsboro, OH 45133.
