He was born in Hillsboro, OH on April 26, 1941, the son of the late Walter and Sylvia (Williamson) Hammond. Besides his parents, he is preceded by his daughter Trisha Bailey; brothers LeRoy and Robert Hammond, and sisters Ruby VanPelt and Betty Hanners.
Thomas is survived by his stepsons; Roger (April) Hall of Hillsboro and Bobby Joe (Theresa) Hall of Hillsboro; grandchildren Stacey Nawman and Tim Nawman; and great grandchildren Kaiden, Kolten and Jasmine.
It is Thomas's wishes to be cremated.
