Thomas Snider

Thomas Snider, age 87 of Peebles, passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at Clermont Mercy Hospital.
He was born in Point Pleasant, West Virginia on May 3, 1927 the son of the late Charles and Nora (Trichler) Snider.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, John Snider and one sister, Ann Palmer.
Thomas attended Peebles United Methodist Church, was a former member of Peebles EMS, Peebles Fire Department Chief, Peebles and Seaman Boy Scout Leader, Peebles Lions Club, Adams County Hospital Board, and an EMS instructor.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita (DeVore) Snider of Peebles; one son and daughter-in-law, David and Christie Snider of Hillsboro; two daughters and sons-in-law, Ellen and Richard Lloyd of Peebles and Sheila and Keith Hoop of Peebles; two brother, Bob Snider of Ann Harbor, Michigan and John Snider; one sister, Gail Martin of Canton, Ohio; 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Richard Lloyd officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
