Tina D. Smalley, 43 years of Seaman, died Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at the Ohio Valley Manor in Ripley.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on April 27, 1962 the daughter of the late Jim and Kaye Holbrook Purtee.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Desiree Nichole Purtee.
She is survived by her husband, Karl Smalley of Seaman, son, James Smalley of Seaman, grandmother, Marjorie Holbrook of Peebles, sister, Anita Conley of Decatur, Indiana, and four aunts.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at the West Union First Baptist Church.
Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman is in charge of arrangements.
