She was born in Chillicothe on June 14, 1962, the daughter of Edith Arledge.
Tonya is survived by her son, Michael Rhoads of Seaman, half brother, Tracy G. McClure of Hillsboro.
Tonya is preceded in death by her husband Roger Rhoads, infant son, Matthew E. Rhoads and half sister, Teresa A. Parrish.
A Graveside Service will be held at Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.
