Ty Byers, 41 years of McArthur, OH, died Thursday, December 22, 2005 at the James Cancer Center in Columbus.
He was born at Jackson, OH on September 22, 1964 the son of Robert and Wanda Nixon Byers.
He was a member of the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union Church and worked in Timber for the B& B Lumber Company.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Byers.
He is survived by his wife Kathy Byers whom he married on August 6, 1983, mother Wanda Byers of Peebles, two sons, Justin Byers and Joey Byers both of McArthur, four brothers and sisters-in-law, Mark and Iva Byers of Peebles, Brent and Dyanna Byers of Peebles, Perry and Bonnie Byers of Peebles, Nick and Patty Byers of Peebles and one sister and brother-in-law, Roberta and Larry McAtee of McArthur.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 26, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union under the direction of the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Dave Hopkins officiating.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 11:00 A.M. till service time at 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union Church.
