Vera Faye Simbro

Vera Faye Simbro, 80 years of Hillsboro, died Thursday, September 22, 2005 at the Villa of Georgetown.
She was born in New Market, Ohio on January 14, 1925 the daughter of the late Jesse and Faye Fanning Kier.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Roger Simbro in 1977, and one brother Gleason Kier.
Vera was a member of the American Legion Auxillary.
She is survived by one son Thomas Tom Simbro of Hillsboro, Ohio. Two grandchildren Rhonda Danny Shiply of Winchester, Ohio, Tim Barbara Simbro of Washignton C.H., Ohio, and one great grandson Darren Shipley. Two brothers and sister-in-laws Kenneth Mary Kier of Hillsboro, Ohio, and Delner Ann Kier of Hillsboro, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.
Private Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 26, 2005 at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Maurice Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in the Sugartree Ridge Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5378-A Cox-Smith Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.
