Vernia M. Daniels, 78 years of Hillsboro, died Friday, August 17, 2007 at her residence.
She was born in Greenup, Kentucky on July 13, 1929 the daughter of the late Calvin and Exer Hall Sturgill.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James B. Daniels, and one son Clyde Wiley.
She is survived by two sons, Rick Wiley of Franklin, OH, and James Robert Daniels of Lucasville, OH. One step-son Jerry Daniels of Wittensville, KY. Two brothers Doug Sturgill of Waynesville, OH, and Harlie Sturgill of Lexington, KY. Two sisters Lois Salyers of Lomansville, KY, and Frances Hines of Springfield, OH. Ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews..
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Russell Terrell officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
