Vernon James Nace, 64 years of the Latham Community, died Saturday, November 21, 2009 at his residence.
He was born August 14, 1945 at Latham, OH., the son of the late Alpheus and Bessie Wilburn Nace. Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister Carolyn McJunkin.
Vernon retired in 2007 from the Western Pike School District.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Malone Nace; one son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Hillary Nace of Chillicothe, OH.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lori and John Howard of Waverly, OH., Amy and Bob Tooill of Lancaster, OH., step daughter and step son-in-law, Beth and Bob Farmer of Waverly, OH., eight grandchildren, Justin and Megan Howard, Megan and Colton Tooill, Jelyn Nace, Adam, Jacob and Joshua Farmer.; two nieces, Twyla McJunkin of Piketon, OH., Cindy Jessee of Waverly, OH.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Russell and Ruth Malone of Peebles, OH..
Services will be held at the Convenience of the Family.
Burial will be held in the Washburn Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring, OH.
