Viola M. Plummer, 85 years of Peebles, died Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at Hillcrest Nursing Home.
She was born in Reading, Ohio on June 1, 1922 the daughter of the late Jesse and Anna Cahall Carter.
She was a member of the Eastern Star Chapter #246 of West Union and a member of the D.A.V. Auxiliary Chapter #71.
She is survived by her husband Harlan Plummer, of Locust Grove Community whom she married on November 14, 1944 and sister Marjorie Harris of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Cremation is to take place with no services being scheduled at this time under the direction of Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles, Ohio.
