Violet Little Pence, 78 years of Winchester, died Friday, July 6, 2001 at her residence.
She was born in Rowan County, Kentucky on July 10, 1922 the daughter of the late William N. and Laura Mae Edington Little.
She attended the Winchester United Methodist Church.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, DeLoss McCreight, and her second husband, Robert E. Pence, who passed away February 13, 2000.
She is survived by her stepson, Richard Chloe Pence of Greensboro, North Carolina, three stepdaughters, Sheila Ted Beighle of Hebron, Kentucky, Patricia Jim Meade of Greenville, Ohio, Jill Larry Jenkins of Sulfer Springs, Texas, two brothers, Rev. Johnnie Little of Wurtland, Kentucky, William V. Little of Raceland, Kentucky, sister, Leona Charles of Dayton, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 9, 2001 at 2:00 P.M. at the Winchester United Methodist Church with Rev. John Waugh officiating. Burial will follow in the Tranquility Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Hope, 1 West McDonald Parkway, Maysville, KY 41056.
