Virginia Shelton

Virginia Shelton, 90 years of Cincinnati, formerly of Winchester, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at SEM Haven Healthcare Center in Milford.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on June 29, 1919 the daughter of the late James and Eva Barrackman Conkle.
Virginia was an active church member of the Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church in New Richmond, Ohio.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Shelton, who passed away in 1979, one brother; Thomas Conkle, and one sister; Jean Lepley.
She is survived by one daughter; Rosalynd Kendall of New Richmond, Ohio, one granddaughter; Kristin and Richard Hibbert, and one great granddaughter; Kendall Hibbert.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2009 at 12:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Bradford-Sullivan Chapel in Winchester with Reverend John Waugh officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. till 12:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Bradford-Sullivan Chapel in Winchester.
Memorials may be made to Winchester Methodist Church or Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church.
