Wade Dean Murphy, 43 years old of Hillsboro, died Saturday, April 16, 2005 at his residence. Wade was born January 10, 1962 in Wilmington, Ohio, the son of Charles Allen Murphy and Alice K. Runyon Henson.
Wade was employed at Candle-Lite, and had a love for fixing Camaro?s and Harley Davidson motorcycles.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Jesse and Agnes Stansberry Murphy, his maternal grandfather Robert Bob Runyon, brother Craig Alan Murphy, sister Melissa Murphy.
Wade is survived by two sons Logan Wade Murphy and Landen Reed Murphy; mother Alice K. Runyon Henson of Hillsboro; father Allen Barbara Murphy of Hillsboro; grandmother Nettie Runyon of Hillsboro; brother Timothy James Murphy of Hillsboro; two sisters and brothers-in-law Kimberly and Randy Farra of Leesburg and Stacey and Phillip Royster of Latham; special friend Julie Jones of Hillsboro; 6 nieces, 1 nephew, 3 great nieces, several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Todd Lyle will officiate with burial to follow in the Prospect Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5-8 P.M. Tuesday at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
Family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society, 5378-A Cox Smith Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.
