Walter was born in Bracken Kentucky on September 9, 1948, the son of the late Hattie Campbell.
Walter survived by his good friend Steve Sorah of Largo, FL and Richard Willey and family of Hillsboro.
Graveside services will be 10:15A.M. Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Dayton National Cemetery.
Friends may call 6:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home Thursday, November 29, 2018.
