Warren D. "Dan" Speakman, 72 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Tuesday February 5, 2019. The son of the late Warren and Rosella (Lucas) Speakman.
Dan had a great sense of humor, was an avid fisherman, hunter, loved the outdoors and his animals.
Dan is survived by his wife, Linda (Garman) Speakman, whom were married on April 30, 1990, son, Alan (Kay) Speakman of Piketon, daughter, Tamara (Steve) Vansickle of New Holland, five grandchildren, Casi, Laci, Brooke, Bradley and Cory, four great grandchildren, brother, Ron (Barb) Speakman of New Holland, sister, Roxann Carter of New Holland and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday February 9, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 11:00 AM until time of services on Saturday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
Donations can be made at the Highland County Humane Society.
