Wayne Lee Freeze

Wayne Lee Freeze, 48 years of Heath, Ohio, passed away on Sunday January 29, 2017 at the Licking Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Chillicothe on March 19, 1968, the son of Sonny (Virginia) Nichols of Washington Court House and the late Violet (Perkins) Freeze. Besides his mother, he was also preceded by three half-brothers, Chester, Dale and David Freeze.
Wayne attended the Victory Christian Center Church of God.
Besides his father, Wayne is survived by his Fiancée, Barbara Parker, son, Aaron Freeze, daughter, Emlie Freeze, two step-sons, James (Beth) Parker and Daniel (Tammy) Parker, step-daughters, Annette Downaur and Angel (Brian) Blevins, two brothers, Tony Nichols and Shannon Wilson, step-brother, Bobby Brill, two half-brothers, Daryl Freeze and Donald Freeze, sister, TJ Wright, step-sister, Jody Hargis, half-sister, Connie Freeze-Albright, eight step-grandchildren, one step-great grandchild and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Friday February 3, 2017 at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Westwood Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1:00 PM until time of services on Friday at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
