Wendell D. Thompson, 63 years of Hillsboro, died Friday, May 21, 2004 at the Highland District Hospital.
He was born at Peebles, Ohio on June 16, 1940 the son of the late Everett and Clema McCoy Thompson.
He was a member of the Samantha Free Will Baptist Church and was a Machinist Supervisor at Cincinnati Milicron.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by one son David Thompson.
He is survived by his wife whom he married on October 16, 1960, Marie Ward Thompson of Hillsboro, two daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Steve Musser of Miamisburg, Ohio, Elizabeth and Darren Burns of Hillsboro, two brothers and sister-in-law, Russell Thompson of Cleveland, Mervin and Penny Thompson of Cincinnati, three sisters and brothers-in-law, Wanda and Thurman Dodson of Vandalia, Ohio, Virgie Michaels of Cincinnati, Lena and Michael O?Reilly of Hudson, Ohio, three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 24, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson
Funeral Home in Peebles with Rev. Wiley Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
