Willard R. Miller, 83 years of Peebles, died Saturday, May 5, 2007 at the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth.
He was born in Adams County, Ohio on May 30, 1923 the son of the late Fred and Freda Wallace Miller.
He was a member of the Scioto County Fox Hunters Club.
He was united in marriage on June 25, 1944 to Ruth Evans Miller, who survives. He is also survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby and Connie Miller of Peebles, Gary and Rita Miller of Peebles, Steve Miller of Peebles, daughters and sons-in-law, Sandy and Don Hall of Leesburg, Barb and Bob Sparks of West Portsmouth, sisters, Pauline Myers of Peebles, Bertha Sears of Peebles, half sisters, Faye Miller, Pearl Vincent, Marie Garrett, half brothers, Buck and Ronnie Miller, Earl and Junior Crothers, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Richard Lloyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
