William Joel Alexander, 35 years of Hillsboro, died Thursday, August 2, 2007 at his residence.
He was born in Wilmington, Ohio on August 28, 1971 the son of William J. and Carleen Miller Alexander.
He is a 1989 graduate of Hillsboro High School, and attended Ohio University and the University of Cincinnati. He was a Sales Representative for Classic Tubs and Spa in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. He was a member of the Hillsboro First United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Arthur Alexander, maternal grandparents, Carl and Irene Miller, and two uncles, Boris and Mark Alexander.
He is survived by his wife, Fay Rogers Alexander, parents, William and Carleen Alexander of Hillsboro, son, William Tennyson "Ty" Alexander, daughter, Katherine Marie Alexander, three step daughters, Kerstin Walker, Alexandria Walker, Debbie Walker, paternal grandmother, Ellen Alexander of Hillsboro, two brothers and sister-in-law, Christopher Carl and Misty Alexander of Ocean City, Maryland, Philip Benjamin Alexander of Hyde Park, Ohio, three uncles, Terry Susan Alexander of Hillsboro, Phil Ellen Alexander of Hampton, Virginia, Mat Linda Muhly-Alexander of West Union, West Virginia, and nephew, Winston Drake Alexander.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 6, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hillsboro First United Methodist Church with Rev. Dan Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
