William Edwin Carter

William Edwin Carter, 31 years of Hillsboro, died unexpectedly Wednesday, October 15, 2014. He was born February 25, 1983 in Hillsboro, the son of the late Stephen E. Carter, Sr. and Marlene J. (Page) Carter of Hillsboro.
William was a member of the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church, a graduate of Hillsboro High School, was attending Southern State Community College studying Law Enforcement and was employed at Speedway in Hillsboro.
Beside his mother, he is survived by one brother Stephen E. Carter, Jr. of Hillsboro; two sisters Semara Gibson of Tiffin, OH., Nicole McCleese of Williamsburg, OH., maternal grandparents Lowell and Clara Fay Page of Hillsboro; 9 nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 17, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Dr. Dan Lamb will officiate with burial to follow in the Union Cemetery near Belfast. Friends may call from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Friday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
