William D. Michaelis, 74 of Peebles, passed away Monday October 18, 2021.
William was born February 21, 1947 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late Lester and Louella (Holford) Michaelis. Besides his parents he is also preceded by is daughter, Amy Scholz.
William was a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, and a retired truck driver for Dunn Construction.
William is survived by his wife, Jewel (Roberts) Michaelis, which were married on December 31, 1969. He is also survived by his son, Chad (Jessica Carrel) Michaelis of Blanchester, brothers, Walter Michaelis and Butch Michaelis both of Cincinnati, sisters, Louise Krueger, Marlene Reynolds and Penny Hancock all from Cincinnati and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Thompson Funeral Home has the honor of taking care of the family, and Williams's wishes were to be cremated.
