William David Rittenhouse

William David Rittenhouse, 68 years of Peebles, died Sunday, December 20, 2009 at the Veteran?s Administration Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
He was born in Springfield, Ohio, on November 4, 1941 the son of the late Harry and Gladys I. Gillispie Rittenhouse.
He served in the United States Marine Corps serving in the Vietnam era. He worked as a truck driver.
Mr. Rittenhouse is survived by three sons, Mark, Steve, and David all of Washington C.H., two daughers, Marie McCommis of Circleville and Sharon Munrro of Tampa, Florida, two brothers Roger and Les Rittenhouse, both of South Solon, and a sister, Janet DeMent, of South Solon and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his companion of fifteen years, Lillie Alice Porter.
There will be no services or visitation. Arrangements are being handled by the Thompson Funeral Home of Hillsboro.
