William S. ?Bill? Schubert, 79 years of New Vienna formerly of Highland died Saturday, March 18, 2006 at Heartland of Hillsboro.
He was born in Highland County on May 21, 1926 the son of John and Ella Mae Riley Schubert.
He was a member of the Walnut Hills Church of Christ in Christian Union Church at Leesburg and was a life long farmer.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by one brother Johnny Schubert and one sister Velma Lewis.
He is survived by his wife Becky Newman Schubert whom he married on March 21, 1946, one sister Mary Alice May of Florida, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at the Walnut Hills Church of Christ in Christian Union, Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. under the direction of the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Pastor Bob Carroll officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Cemetery in Highland, Ohio
Friends may call on Tuesday from 12:00 noon till time of service at 2:00 P.M. at the Walnut Hills Church of Christ in Christian Union Church.
