Zelda C. Trisdale

September 18, 1927 — July 27, 2017

Zelda C. Trisdale, 89 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Thursday July 27, 2017 at the Highland District Hospital.

She was born in Wilder, TN on September 18, 1927, the daughter of the late Frices and Myrtle Ann (Dunn) Simmons. Besides her parents, she is also preceded by her husband, Charles Edward Trisdale on February 19, 2003, son, Charles Trisdale, Jr., three daughters, Ruth Grooms, Lorene Burbage and Dee Dee Watkins, three brothers, Leon, Bill & Herman Trisdale, one sister Lilly Hall, and one half sister Molly.

Zelda is survived by her four sons, Jerry Trisdale, Jeff Trisdale, John Trisdale and Leon Trisdale and three daughters, Brenda (Vernon) Bennett, Molly Roades and Mary Gienger, 27 grandchildren, several great and great great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday August 2, 2017 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Aubrun Cemetery.

Friends may call from 9:00 AM until time of services on Wednesday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
